Becca's Bridal session

Yea, Becca and Josh are now married! I'm so happy for them! Aaaaand, I'm also happy that I finally get to show her bridal pictures! I've learned that the key to getting a big smile from Becca is just to say, "Joshie!" Guaranteed.

To see the rest of the images, go to my website http://www.karellephotography.com/ and click on 'Weddings,' then 'Digital Studio', and find "Becca's Bridal Session." You'll see the images from the blog as well as the rest of the images from the session.

Jena's bridal session

Now that it's safe and the groom is allowed to see her, I wanted to show you a few shots from Jena's bridal session that we did in March. She was so calm and natural and easy to work with! Thanks Jena for making the pictures so beautiful.
50 cool points to the person who can tell me where we shot her session :)

Marlo's bridal session

I'm so excited about this session and I've had to wait oh-so-long to finally show them to you! Marlo and I, along with her support group ;) , got together to do her session and got so excited as we went through the session. I probably could have kept going for hours! Marlo did great and we have some beautiful images to capture her time as a bride.

Julie's Bridal Session

The wedding has already occurred so it's safe to show the bridal session - I've been waiting to show them since February!
I love the location Julie chose for her session! Here's a note to all brides: beautiful venues may cost extra for your session, but it can be so worth it. Ironically enough, a few of these were shot in the bathroom!

To see the rest of the images, go to my website http://www.karellephotography.com/ and click on 'Weddings,' then 'Digital Studio' on the far right. From there, follow the instructions and look for "Julie's Bridal Session." You'll see the images that are on my blog and as well as the rest of the images.

Lisa's bridals

Lisa and I got together a few months back to do her bridals and now that she is married, I can show them! Her hair and make up were done by her cousin, who did a fabulous job. Then, her mother assisted us with lighting and such for the rest of the time. Because they had their reception at Le Colombe D'or, we also did her bridal session there since it is a beautiful place.

Shelley's bridal session

By the time you see this, Shelley and Eric will already be married. We went out to Brenham and Chappell Hill to shoot her bridal session, and more specifically we went to reception site for the indoor shots. Shelley had a beautiful dress with a very full train so it waved around in the wind and made for some very elegant shots. We wanted to finish off the session with some fun outdoor shots, but then the storm came down on us and we had to end very quickly. But we had a great time that afternoon talking and laughing in the car. Thanks ladies for a great afternoon!

Amanda and Mike's bridal session

Both the engagement and the bridal session was done in one day in Galveston. We took advantage of the setting sun and the wonderful weather. Amanda and Mike rocked!! They were such great sports the whole day and Amanda was an even better sport when I asked her to get in the water even though she was clearly already shivering - poor thing!
But it was sooo worth it.
I don't usually do a color and B&W version of so many shots, but I really liked all the color and then I also really felt so many of them were strong as B&Ws. So, double the fun!
