Robin and Jason's wedding day {Houston Wedding Photographer}

It's always fun to shoot with a different photographer for the first time because you suddenly gain a new perspective since it's out of the normal. I drove down to Lake Jackson to shoot this wedding with Monique of Perspectives Photography . The wedding day went by pretty easy and we enjoyed the hearty chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes for dinner. YUM!

Tracy and Will's wedding day {Houston Wedding Photographer}

So this group of shots are a little bit different because I started the day by spending the first few hours with the groom and his guys. While the girls were bustling around, the guys relaxed in the pool with a few rounds of volleyball. Then I spent the reception as the light assistant for Ashley so not much shooting for me. But it was fun!

Will looks at the frame that Tracy gave him. He's looking at many of the memories that they've shared together.

I have to give these guys props because it was a really hot day and they were so patient while we took their pictures outside.

Kristen and Bryan's wedding day {Houston Wedding Photographer}

I feel right at home when I shoot Aggie weddings. Not only do I know all the words to the War Hymn (of course!!), but the people are just generally so warm and fun.

This was another wedding with Ashley at Briscoe Manor in Richmond so check it out!

Cute shoes!

Jennifer and John's wedding day {Houston Wedding Photographer}

Ok, so I'm waaaaay behind on blogging. Let's go all the way back to July and catch up.

I shot Jennifer and John's beautiful wedding with Ashley and the ceremony was at St. Vincent de Paul and then we ended up at the Courtyard on St. James for the reception.

Question: How many cameras does it take to get a good picture?
jennifer_john416

Answer: Lots. When you have this many people in one shot, you'll need several shots to make sure you get it right.

The guests LOVE to have their picture taken! This was one of the busiest photo booths I've seen.
jennifer_john517

Awwww, so sweet!
jennifer_john545

They had a different exit: their guests circled around them on the dance floor and then tossed rose petals. It was a sweet finish to a great day!
