365 - Week 5

To answer your questions from last week, yes, it was a speed bump. Good job!

It's been an abnormal week. I was out of the office pretty much all week because I played hostess to a missionary from Colombia from the ministry I work with.

That being said, I'd also like to state for the record that I'm the boss around here. That's right, you heard me right. If I miss a day of taking pictures, well by golly, I'm going to be ok with that, and I hope you are ok with it, too. I confess that I did forget on Monday. But I think I more than made up for it the rest of the week. Wouldn't you agree? Like I said, I'm the boss here (in my own little world) and I'm calling it even.

Tuesday's sunrise


I took him to N.A.S.A. since he's never been there. We went on the tram tour and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I'd like to remind everyone that January 28 (the day we went) is the anniversary of the Challenger explosion. And for the record, February 1 is the anniversary of the Columbia explosion.



We climbed 87 steps to get to Mission Control.








The next day, we went to the zoo. It was a great day to go to the zoo: nice temperature, great weather, not many people.
