Jessica's bridal shower

Jessica and Jordan's wedding date is drawing nearer! Her mother and sister had been planning a bridal shower for her but everything was a surprise, except for the date. They chose to have it at a beautiful, classy wine bar in Clear Lake in the morning and they had the most wonderful decorations. Jessica's sister did a marvelous job with all the little details. From what I'm told, all the table decorations or room decorations were done by her. The colors and the patterns looked so great, too. **Sidenote: for those of you who follow my blog, you know I'm a fanatic for details like flowers and favors, so you can only imagine how excited I was at the shower!**

To see the rest of the images, go to my website http://www.karellephotography.com/ and click on 'Digital Studio' on the far right. From there, follow the instructions and look for Jessica's Bridal Shower. You'll see the images that are on my blog and the rest of the images.

Jessica arrived and had the chance to really take in all the beautiful things that had been done for her.

Since this was for ladies only, the men folk left before things got underway.

(In case you're wondering, they're looking up at the bouquets that are hanging over the entrance.)

They had a wine tasting during lunch since it is, after all, a wine bar.

Yes, even the cake was made by her sister. I'm telling you, she rocks at this kind of thing!
Apparently, this is the much coveted recipe for chicken enchilada soup.
The ladies played some fun games including a 'How well do you know the bride' game.

Another fun game occurred during present opening. It was a form of bingo, where you fill in your squares with possible gifts the bride might be receiving. Then you get to 'X' out the square if she opens the gift.
The giver of the much coveted chicken enchilada recipe also gave her a box so that it would be easier to make. Such a thoughtful friend!
