Easy to Make

I decided to try this easy-peasy recipe. It's all store-bought and pretty much fool-proof....almost.

This is kind of like cooking shows on t.v. where they show you the end result first since they've already pre-baked it. And this actually isn't a true representation because this is a different variation using chocolate chip cookie dough and Reese's peanut butter cups.

Today, we're using brownie mix.

And Hershey's Caramel kisses.

Make sure to peel them before you finish baking the brownies because you'll need them as soon as they come out of the oven.

Using the mini-muffin tins, spoon a little bit of the brownie mix into each spot.

Then, you pop them in the oven for a bout 9 minutes, but not too much more because you want them to still be soft.

As soon as you take them out, quickly pop those little kisses into each one. Let them sit in the tins a little while so they can finish baking and setting.

Want a closer look?

Remember when I said they were almost fool-proof? Here's where you can learn from my mistakes. Lightly spray or butter the tins before putting the batter in them. And let the brownie variations cook slightly longer than the cookie dough. Or else yours will look like this!

They were completely destroyed when I tried to take them out. It was a sad day.
